Each client situation is unique. Although Basic Service based on a Bi-Weekly inspection can start as low as $30 per visit please contact us for a thorough inspection of your property and a free estimate.

PAYMENTS
Payments can be made upon contract agreement but are usually billed monthly. Payments may be in cash, check, ZELLE app, VENMO, e-transfer, or Credit Card (credit card will incur a 4% additional fee per invoice)
